How can i use the lemon juice to lighten my hair and not have it streak?

i have medium brown roots and dark brown hair for the rest so i dyed it how can i lighten it up with out the streaks and if it dark out and not summer could u use a lamp??How can i use the lemon juice to lighten my hair and not have it streak?
Buy it bottled, pour it in a spray bottle, and then comb it through to distribute it evenly. Hope that helps :)
