It will lighten it but if the hair is really really dark it will look orange-ish.....
I would dilute it in a spray bottle with 1 part lemon juice 1 part water and spray on.
It will only work if you are in the sun a lot though. It's not like bleach. If a person has dark hair will lemon juice lighten it? And how to lighten hair with lemon juice?
No, but peroxide will for sure.If a person has dark hair will lemon juice lighten it? And how to lighten hair with lemon juice?
Lemon juice usually very lightly colors light brown shades, but with dark brown hair, the lemon usually adds more orangey shades. It's also very drying, so simple highlights would do the trick with less damage. A drugstore box would work great( I use L'oreal!), with a lot less money than a salon.
yes it will-it will work better if you take your hair in the sun afterwards to let it dry while the lemon juice is on there too. if youre wanting an overall lighter look then use a spray bottle and mist it on damp hair then comb it through til it's evenly distributed. if you want bolder highlights i would focus on making sure certain parts of your hair got thoroughly damp with lemon juice from roots to ends then take your hair outside to dry. then condition it well afterwards because sun and lemon juice can dry your hair out.
Never heard of this in my life.To lighten dark hair you have to buy a booster or dye. Try the beauty supply store they have all kinds of hair color, highlights. They have kits with the hair color, creme peroxide that you mix together until it thickens. The directions are in the box.
