How do u bleach your hair with lemon juice? and does it damage hair?

i want to just barely lighten my blonde hair color for the summer season! but i don't know how to do it with lemon juice. can u help me?also what kind of lemon juice do u use?-thanksHow do u bleach your hair with lemon juice? and does it damage hair?
They make ';sun in'; sprays that use lemon juice as the active ingredient, which is probably your best option to lighten your hair a few shades.. But if your going to make a home mixture you can get the pre bottled lemon juice (just make sure its 100% juice w/o any additives) and mix it into a 3 parts lemon, 1 part peroxide solution, and saturate your hair. For the best results your gonna want to sit out in the sun, or you can blow dry your hair with the solution in it, but either way your gonna want to leave it wet-set for 20-30 mins. But keep an eye on it to make sure its not getting to light. How do u bleach your hair with lemon juice? and does it damage hair?
lemon juice will just give it a ginger tint so just use SUN-IN
i think it will damage your hair because of all the acids they are power-full sometimes strong. if you still plan on doing this

i think you should use all kinds of lemons or limes.

does this also work on brunnettes?
Use SUN IN, It works and it has lemons in it and it smells like lemons.. You can get it at like Wal-mart stores! My sister uses it and her hair is lightened..

Try it and see :-)
Well i have never used it(I WANT TO DESPERATLEY but i can't..) but what you have to do is wet your hair COMPLETELY and add about as much as u think is nesecary lighten ur hair, and let it dry (like 30 minutes) after u can either keep applying or stop, depends on u as a induvidual! Hope this helps, and if ur hair dries try olive oil.
