Ive heard lemon juice makes your hair lighter when your in the sun. Im gonna do this but how should i apply it?

Ive heard from a lot of people that lemon juice and sitting in the sun for a long time and a few days a week will lighten your hair so i went to the store and got two lemons and its really sunny outside... so i was wondering, do you mix lemon juice with conditioner or water? and how much of each? Thanks! Also someone said beer will lighten your hair but i dont think it really will... do any of y`all?

you can mix the lemons with vodka also and it will better and faster. Put both in a spary bottle then sit in the sun!
